However, every place has some exclusive cuisines and this article will help you to know the exclusive cuisines of the capital city, Delhi.


1. Paranthas

So, Paranthas tops our list because of the popularity it has in Delhi and North India. A variety of Stuffed Paranthas can be found on the streets and dhabas of Delhi which has helped the youngsters, to get by. For fact, chicken tikka masala, a version of butter chicken was once considered as national dish of England.





5. Kulfi

How can you miss dessert after this mouthwatering food? Kulfi comes to the rescue for Delhiwallas when it comes to desert. Be it summers or winters or any season, the Delhites doesn’t miss any chance to savor kulfi. The name Kulfi comes from Persia and it is said that kulfi was invented during Mughal era. That’s how kulfi is rooted to Delhi’s culture.
